Tips for Your Transfer from Hanoi to Dragon Pearl Cave ( Cam Pha, Quang Ninh)

We recommend that you consider combining a trip with either the Halong or Bai Tu Long bay tour
Option 1: Combine your visit with a 3.5- to 5.5-hour boat cruise in Halong. Most of the cruises that finish around 4 pm or 5.30 to 6 pm take 1 hour to get to the cave from Halong, so you may get there around 5 pm to 7 pm. If you choose the shorter cruise option, you may consider stopping at the Halong wet market or at some of the photo stops along the way (or maybe a temple stop).
After dinner, it takes 3 hours to get back to Hanoi, so you’ll arrive pretty late. Alternatively, you may consider staying in a hotel in either Cam Pha or Halong. Halong sounds a bit better since you could get around at night (I am talking about the Bai Chay area), not the city of Halong.
The second option is to take an overnight cruise in Halong and spend a couple of hours visiting Halong as a half-day city, then leave Halong around 5 pm for the Dragon Pearl cave.
