This private tour combines 3 bays to take a boat tour in Northern Vietnam including Bai Tu Long Bay – a less traveled bay, Halong Bay (but a less touristy route), and Lan Ha Bay (a rising destination as an alternative to Halong)

Day 1 : Halong bay – Less touristy route. Overnight in Halong (Lunch)
9.15am : Pick you up at the hotel in Hanoi and take two and a half hours journey to explore Halong bay – the World Heritage Site – A must-see in North Vietnam
Travelling along the freeway Hanoi – Hai Phong and en route Hai Phong – Quang Ninh highway
Stop halfway for a toilet break
We arrive at Tuan Chau port station where we grab tickets, check in and get onboard a wooden junk boat to cruise the magnificent Halong Bay with towering limestone cliffs
Enjoy a seafood lunch onboard while cruising south to the direction of the Cat Ba island area. We make your cruising experience special by going on less touristy routes ,passing by numerous limestone islets : Stone dog islet, Incense burner islet and Flighting cock islets (two of the Halong Bay symbols)
We keep cruising toward the Hoa Cuong area where you can see the most well-known rock formation:
2.15 Pm We arrive at Hoa Cuong area, Halong Bay hidden gem, stop at a floating house and also a local seafood farm where you can see a variety of seafood
On the way, we pass a “Thumb up” islet, which is a special symbol on the route, our cruise head to the Ba Hang area
2.50pm, Unfortunately, the locals has moved to the mainland. Discover the beauty of Ba Hang area with two choices either by kayaking or bamboo boat ..
3.25 pm Back to our boat, take a short cruise to Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace cave) – one of the most beautiful limestone caves in Halong.
Arrive at Thien Cung cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay with colorful rock formations in various shapes; they look like Dragons, Princesses, coral reefs, etc….
After the cave, we cruise back to Tuan Chau port.
4.40pm to 4.50pm : Arrive at the port. Take a short drive to your hotel in Halong to spend the night.
Note: Instead of hosting 44 people onboard, you are the only guest so the price is higher
Day 2: Halong bay – Bai Tu Long bay from Van Don day trip. Overnight in Halong (Lunch)
8.15 am : Our guide will meet and greet you at Hanoi and depart for Bai Tu Long bay day cruise. After 3 hours 15 minutes along the new freeway, halfway short break for the toilet and coffee. We arrive at Ao Tien port.
Show the original passport and visa to the border police.
9.30 am: Board on a traditional junk to explore the magnificent Bai Tu Long on a wooden cruise amongst amazing rock formations dating back 500 million years ago, passing endless oyster farms
After 1 hour of cruising, we arrive at our first stop is a local fish farm is also where we start kayaking.or the first activities
Enjoy kayaking to get a closer look at the amazing rock formation, floating houses for 40 minutes
Optional swimming here around the fish farm. It is off-the-coast in the middle of nowhere so the water is clean to swim
Keep cruising for 15 minutes to get to at the untouched island, take a walk along the pathways from the pier to the village for 20 minutes and back to the cruise
Enjoy lunch with local seafood onboard around 12.30pm.
Note : If you DON’T like kayaking and swimming, you can take an easy rider on the island and having late lunch
Admire the stunning beauty of Bai Tu long on the sundeck whilst cruising further.
2:20 Hiking to see the amazing Dong Trong cave, which is known as the biggest cave in Bai Tu Long Bay area . Continue hiking up to reach the top of the island to see a panoramic view of Bai Tu Long bay and Cai Rong port. A great chance to shoot cool pictures
3.30 : Heading back to the port and taking 1 hour 15 minutes drive to Halong. Spend the second night in Halong
Day 3 : Halong – Cat Ba island – Lan Ha Bay- Hanoi (Lunch)
